Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping (excluding some remote areas in Asia) with two convenient options:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Shipping fee: âŹ12.95
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over âŹ50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Styluneux purchase. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Request
Email us at [email protected] with the following information:- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[order number]
- List of items you wish to return/exchange (name, size, color, quantity)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Confirmation that items are in original condition with tags and packaging
- Your full name and email address associated with your account
- Approval & Instructions
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive:- Approval of your request
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for returns within metropolitan France)
- Ship Your Return
Carefully package your items with all original accessories and include the provided return form. For international returns, you’ll need to cover initial shipping costs. - Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days and notify you via email when processing is complete.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after return approval:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Credit will appear on your account within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: Refund will be credited immediately to your PayPal account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective items.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for (size, color, etc.)
- If the new item has a different price, we’ll adjust the amount (refund or additional payment required)
- We’ll ship your new item as soon as we receive and inspect your return
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- BrassiĂšres (lingerie items)
- Combinaisons décolleté plongeant (due to their intimate nature)
- Any worn, washed, damaged items or items without original tags
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
International Returns
For returns outside France:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service
- Mark customs forms as « RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE – SANS VALEUR COMMERCIALE »
